We all hate cancellation charges, however, there is really no alternative. If you cancel your booking we will refund the cost of your order less a £60 cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking within two weeks of your arrival date a charge of two thirds of the booking value will be applied and one third will be refunded. We will always try to re-sell the room and for each night we manage to re-sell the room, there will be no charge made. For peace of mind insurance is strongly recommended.

Please inform the hotel at the time of booking as our Head Chef and Team are happy to deal with any Special Dietary requirements.
